Our History of Honourable Craftsmanship
Burling Ranger Company Inc. was established in 1952, growing tremendously over the years through referrals and becoming recognized for the high-quality masonry work our team professionally delivers. Our focus on reliability, attention-to-detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction is at the forefront during each and every project. Customer and employee communication is critical to us, which is in part why our crew members have been with our company for so many years. Together, our team keeps job sites clean while delivering high-quality projects on schedule and budget.
The original owners of the firm, Mr. Burling and Mr. Ranger, continue to act as the cornerstone to our reliable and superior craftsmanship operations. The respectable practices that first started the firm are the same practices and policies we hold firm in our everyday interactions and dealings with clients. Each member of our team delivers their work with the same high level of standard.
Our Team
Our team boasts a collective 200 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. Our commitment to building mutual trust and strong work relationships is reflected in our successful enterprise and strong loyal workforce.
Health & Safety
Health and safety measures play an integral part of our organization as the wellbeing of our employees and those we work with on site is very important to us. We provide ongoing training and certification for our team while keeping all of our workers, supervisors, and foreman informed and refreshed on practices, policies, and procedures.
We have implemented a new online training initiative to support and upgrade training, supported by daily hazard assessment and weekly “Toolbox Talks” training.
Speciality training and certification is provided by Construction Workplace Safety Training Ltd and Bruce Bolduc CHSC. As a safety conscious organization, we follow all health and safety policies as established by the owner and contractor. Burling Ranger is in compliance according to OSHA regulations.
Code of Ethics
We stand behind our promise to deliver the highest standards in masonry craftsmanship. We recognize the responsibilities of our firm to coordinate and work with all authorities and fellow sub-trades to deliver the best product to the owner and community.
All job site requirements are met and maintained throughout the entirety of our projects and we remain committed well after our crew has left the site. We maintain high standards for quality control in our workmanship and deliverable products, and warranty all works in a timely and efficient manner.
